- You have an overview of stock levels, delivery times, and procure missing products from our sister plants
- As a hub, you coordinate customer orders with our internal interfaces (scheduling, warehouse, production, sales back office)
- Master data maintenance and various administrative tasks (e.g. delivery note processing) are also part of the job
- Customer advice at the counter
- Deputy production planning (holidays & absences)
- Completed basic training preferably in retail or in the commercial sector, experience in sales and customer service is an advantage
- Knowledge in the building materials trade is desirable
- Very good MS Office and ERP knowledge
- Native German speaker, French skills are an advantage
- Independent, precise, and accurate way of working
- Cheerful, well-organized, and versatile interested personality
