We are looking for a
Operations Staff/Assistant Cook on Call (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- Plating cold dishes at the buffet as well as serving the menu are among your main tasks
- You ensure a smooth process by preparing the buffet and guest area through mise en place
- General assistance in the cold kitchen
- Depending on demand, you also take over the operation of the cash register during peak times
- You reliably and carefully refill materials, carry out tidying up and general cleaning tasks
- As a contact person for our guests, you competently answer their questions and concerns
- Working hours: Monday to Wednesday approx. 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. / business closed according to the school's holiday schedule
Your profile
- You have completed vocational training as an EBA cook or a comparable gastronomic training
- Ideally, you bring cash register experience
- With a team-oriented and efficient way of working, you ensure high quality
- Your positive, service-oriented personality and your winning appearance make you an asset to the team
- Good spoken French or German skills as well as good reading comprehension
- Additional language skills in English are an advantage
- A spotless record is required
