About the job

• Focusing on target groups with potential: I analyze together with the sales organizations which industries and target groups offer the greatest business potential and focus specifically there.
• Identifying contacts: I systematically identify the relevant decision-makers in target companies – through internal CRM data and external sources.
• Targeting the DACH market accurately: I use my solid market understanding to precisely hit the nerve of our customers.
• Performance & pipeline impact: I deliver measurable contributions to lead quality, conversion rates, and continuously fill the sales funnel with ready-to-buy prospects.

• Market and technology understanding: You know technical B2B markets such as automation technology and understand their needs and language.
• Clear business orientation: You think and act economically – with proven success in lead generation.
• Experience with multi-channel campaigns: You have a solid understanding and practical experience in orchestrating marketing measures – from the right timing to the appropriate channel selection.
• Think strategically, implement operationally: You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality – from concept through implementation to channel rollout, you get involved yourself.
• You speak very good German and English; French is desirable.
