Your main tasks

With us, you will take on the following tasks and responsibilities

Logistik - Warenausgang

• You will be responsible for the technical and personnel management, shift planning and further development of our motivated outgoing goods team.
• You will ensure that outgoing goods processes are handled efficiently and on time.
• You coordinate all work steps – from picking and packing to shipping – and ensure compliance with our quality standards.
• You work actively – especially at peak times – and are close to the day-to-day business.
• You will delight our customers by ensuring on-time and error-free deliveries.
• You monitor KPIs to measure performance.
• You constantly look for opportunities for improvement and implement optimizations.

Dein Profil

• You want to show full commitment and take on responsibility
• You have several years of professional experience in logistics, ideally in an e-commerce environment
• Initial management experience or demonstrable leadership qualities (team leadership, shift responsibility, deputizing) are an advantage, but not essential
• You have good knowledge of merchandise management systems and MS Office
• You are resilient and in good health
• You have good communication skills and a respectful, clear management style
• You work reliably and in a structured manner
• You value order & organization
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in German
