You make it happen
• Support the Front Office Manager in the daily management of front desk operations and ensure smooth customer service.
• Supervise, motivate, and support the team of receptionists to guarantee an exceptional guest experience at every interaction.
• Handle customer requests and complaints professionally and kindly, seeking personalized solutions.
• Oversee and optimize check-in, check-out, and billing procedures according to Marriott standards.
• Actively participate in staff training and evaluation.
• Contribute to monitoring performance indicators (Guest Voice, enrollments, quality audits, etc.) and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure communication between different departments (Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B) to guarantee perfect coordination.
• Be a role model in customer service, presentation, and attitude, embodying the brand values.
What sets you apart
• Proven experience at the front desk or in a supervisory role within a hotel establishment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership ability, and capacity to unite a team around common goals.
• Genuine passion for hospitality, human contact, and customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in French and English (any other language is a plus).
• Good knowledge of hotel IT tools, ideally OPERA PMS.
• Rigour, responsiveness, and sense of priorities.
• Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and public holidays.
