This is what your job will look like:

You operate and optimize our Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager environment and ensure stable, secure, and modern operation of the device platform.
You create, test, and maintain software packages (MSI, Win32Apps, PowerShell) and ensure smooth deployment and updating of applications.
You automate deployments and configurations using modern tools like PowerShell and Graph API, thus contributing to the efficiency and quality of our services.
You analyze complex disruptions, sustainably resolve them in 3rd-level support, and ensure stable operation of the workplace environment.
You actively support rollouts, assessments, and projects and bring your know-how into the implementation of modern workplace solutions.
You document solutions, standardize processes, and actively drive the continuous improvement of our workplace services.

What you should bring:

Completed IT training or equivalent professional experience.
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, Windows Autopilot, software packaging.
Experience working with Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, PowerShell.
Basic knowledge of Entra ID and security baselines is an advantage.
Analytical thinking, structured working style.
High service orientation and strong communication skills.
