For our Bern location, we are looking for a

Scientific Expert QA Packaging 90%

Your Skills & Responsibilities:

The QA Packaging team deals with all quality aspects in the packaging area. In your position, you ensure that cGMP guidelines, regulatory requirements, specifications, and SOPs are adhered to during the production of finished products.

Specifically, your tasks include:

• Handling deviations in the packaging manufacturing process from the initial risk assessment, supporting investigations, critically reviewing CAPA, to closing the deviation
• Handling complaints from the market
• Checking manufacturing documents according to cGMP guidelines
• Coordinating and supporting changes and new introductions
• Representing QA Packaging in technical packaging projects
• Participating in or leading projects to improve quality and efficiency
• GMP rounds and on-the-floor controls in the packaging area

Your Qualifications & Professional Experience:

• You have a degree in natural sciences or in Packaging Science/Engineering. You combine this with a passion for technology. Ideally, you also have experience in a cGMP-regulated environment and/or with packaging processes in the pharmaceutical industry.
• You convince with an analytical and structured working style, perseverance, high social competence, teamwork skills, interconnected thinking, as well as precise and reliable work methods.
• You are also flexible, used to working independently as well as in interdisciplinary teams, set clear priorities, and keep an overview even in hectic situations.
• You communicate clearly and can assert yourself in a cooperative manner.
• Very good language skills in German and English (spoken & written) complete your profile.
