- Excellent with IT tools, SAP knowledge is a plus.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a technical support collaborator for our agency in Lonay!
Tasks
Receiving fault notifications and orders by phone or email
Sorting tickets registered for first and second level support
Monitoring registered tickets and orders
Processing closed tickets in the ERP system
Requirements
You hold a commercial employee CFC or a commercial maturity
5 years of professional experience in a similar position (commercial company)
Perfect command of French (native language) with oral proficiency in German (level B2)
Excellent command of common IT tools (knowledge of SAP is an asset)
You have an analytical mind, work carefully and independently
You have a particular affinity for numbers and appreciate versatility and teamwork
You are able to manage conflict communication situations
