Your Tasks
- Responsibility for the timely and correct recording of expenses, on-call compensation, allowances, etc. in SAP PIAS
- Verification of received daily allowance statements and reconciliation with internal documents (EO, SUVA, etc.)
- Support and maintenance of the time management system
- Taking on various tasks in personnel administration
- Direct support of the HR management in administrative and organizational tasks
Your Profile
- Commercial training, further education as a personnel clerk is an advantage
- Experience in personnel administration, ideally in the public sector
- Confident handling of MS Office programs, SAP PIAS is an advantage
- Service-oriented, reliable, discreet, and flexible personality with independent working style and organizational talent
- Enjoyment of diverse contacts in a technical environment
