YOUR TASKS
- Ensuring material availability along the production chain
- Monitoring and controlling missing parts in close coordination with procurement and sales
- Monitoring compliance with deadlines in production and initiating measures in case of delivery delays
- Releasing and adjusting production orders in the ERP and MES system
- Creating demand forecasts and maintaining reorder and safety stocks
- Maintaining and ensuring the quality of planning and master data in SAP
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed technical vocational training (EFZ) with further education as process specialist HF, technician HF-business processes, HF-business administration
- Professional experience in an industrial, international production company
- Good knowledge in the use of ERP systems, MS Office, Jira, Confluence Atlassian
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Team-oriented, independent and responsible personality
- Very good German and English skills
