- You independently coordinate and optimize all administrative and organizational processes as the central contact person for management and the team.
- You prepare decision-making bases, analyses, and reports for management and actively support the implementation of strategic development projects.
- You control and monitor demanding management processes, are responsible for controlling ongoing projects, and ensure professional reporting.
- You organize management meetings, independently prepare workshops and events before and after, ensuring their smooth running.
- You act as an interface to higher-level committees and are significantly involved in communication and network maintenance for management.
- You support the management personality through proactive stakeholder management and relieve them in confidential and complex tasks.
You bring extensive experience in project administration and office organization, ideally in a university environment. With your structured, careful, and networked way of working, you ensure smooth processes and take responsibility for complex administrative processes. Your open, service-oriented, and proactive attitude as well as your hands-on mentality make you a central support in the team.
You have excellent knowledge of MS Office and modern collaboration and project management tools. Independent, proactive work, excellent time management, and a high level of responsibility complete your profile. Strategic thinking and communication skills are among your strengths, as is the ability to professionally coordinate and maintain internal interfaces.
