Requirements:
- year of birth between 2007 and 2011
- any internships completed in the hotel and/or catering sector will be considered a preferential element for selection
Monthly salary (plus 13th month salary)
1st year: CHF 1'020.--
2nd year: CHF 1'300.--
3rd year: CHF 1'550.--
Special remarks:
- workplace: school restaurants of the Canton established according to the training and rotation program. It is possible that the workplace does not coincide with the place of residence.
- school location: the selected apprentices will attend the three-year course at the Lugano-Trevano Technical Vocational Center
- working hours: 40 hours per week

- curriculum vitae
- in addition to the documents to be submitted at the time of the online application, further documentation may be requested later (criminal record for private individuals with related self-certification and self-certification of health status)
