In this responsible role, you are responsible for planning the deployment of our employees efficiently and proactively. You work closely with management and operational units and ensure that the right people are in the right place at the right time – so that operations at the airport run smoothly.

Your main tasks:
- Planning personnel deployment for operational staff, group leaders, troubleshooters, and operational management, taking into account shift planning, legal requirements, and the approved staffing budget
- Ensuring a balanced and needs-based personnel deployment
- Creating daily deployment plans for operational operations
- Organizing replacement personnel for short-term absences
- Preparing monthly deployment plans according to the defined schedule
- Coordinating and managing vacation planning including updating vacation changes
- Monitoring and documenting sickness and accident absences
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in the commercial field
- Several years of professional experience as a scheduler or in a similar role
- Flexibility for occasional weekend assignments
- Fluent German skills in speaking and writing, good English skills, any additional foreign language is an advantage
- Proficient IT skills, especially Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel)
- Reliable, proactive, and precise working style
- Independence and high sense of responsibility
- Clean criminal record (extract from the criminal register)
