About the job
- As a member of our dedicated secretariat team, you are the central point of contact at our location and work closely with our specialists from the fields of medicine, psychology, nursing, and therapy.
- After thorough training, you take on the role of contact person at the reception, answer calls from patients, assist with appointment scheduling, and carry out the administrative admission of patients into our clinical information system.
- As part of your duties, you manage medical records, update patient data, and clarify concerns with insurance companies and authorities.
- In your varied daily work, you also plan the admission and emergency service, contribute to maintaining the time tracking system (Polypoint), and support the team with service recording.
- You have a commercial basic education and ideally already have professional experience in the medical field as well as further training as a medical secretary.
- Confident German language skills, a strong service orientation, and an independent and efficient working style characterize you.
- In dealing with mentally ill people, you convince through empathy, commitment, and communication skills.
- You enjoy working in a team, appreciate mutual support, and actively contribute to a positive and appreciative working atmosphere.
- New tasks motivate you, and your willingness for continuous further education and training is one of your strengths. If interested, there is the possibility to take on additional responsibility up to team leadership.
