What you will do:

Personal needs assessments at the clients' homes
Creating assistance and care plans, reassessments, and adjustments in consultation with the contact person and initiating further measures
Personal contact with involved relatives, doctors, health insurance companies, public services, and clinics
Taking over more complex care services at the clients' homes
Professional leadership of employees

What you bring with you:

Certified nurse (HF/FH) or equivalent training or recognition from the SRK
Efficient, independent, and speedy working style
High communication skills with all stakeholders and very good German language skills
Driver's license category B
