Advising Valentin, a young entrepreneur, who wants to review his results after starting his construction business, supporting Sarah, a lawyer, who wants to finance her primary residence, or helping Jacques, manager of a car dealership, who wants to invest in other businesses … On a daily basis as well as during key moments of their activity, you support your clients in the development of their companies.

You join a warm, supportive team and your Mentor will guide you throughout your journey to develop the best of yourself.

Specifically, under the responsibility of your Mentor, you will be required to:

•       Welcome, support and advise professional clients of the branch by offering them products and investments adapted to their daily needs (remote banking, savings, insurance, etc.) to build customer loyalty

•       Participate in the preparation and monitoring of financing files (risk management related to the activity and compliance with procedures)

•       Contribute to the dynamism of your branch by being proactive with advisors

•       Work in synergy with our clients and Bank experts for better management of their professional and private accounts

•       Develop clients' autonomy by promoting digital tools to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience, especially with the SG App

•       With excellent interpersonal skills and a true sense of listening, your priority is to support your clients' projects with ethics and responsibility to meet their expectations

•       You know how to convince and demonstrate pedagogy towards your clients

•       Dynamic and positive, you enjoy working in a team and show adaptability in all circumstances  

•       Organized and rigorous, you know how to prioritize your actions

You are preparing a Bac +4/5 in the commercial or banking field, with a first experience in the banking or financial sector (internship, work-study, fixed-term contract). You know the financial, legal and tax basics related to your activity.

From your arrival, you will be integrated into our teams and learn every day alongside our experts who will support you in your missions. Gradually, you will gain autonomy on your projects to make this experience a real career accelerator.
