• be jointly responsible for the implementation and monitoring of regulatory requirements within the bank
• support the Compliance team and other departments in enforcing compliance requirements, especially in the area of money laundering prevention
• process and respond to inquiries from public prosecutors, supervisory authorities, banking ombudsman, etc.
• answer general legal questions (especially regarding KYC, TmeR, GmeR, VSB) as well as handle escalations of compliance-relevant cases
• analyze cases from transaction monitoring and business relationships with increased risks and, if necessary, submit reports to the authorities
• participate in projects

• a university degree in law, compliance, finance, business administration or a related field (preferably Swiss university or university of applied sciences)
• professional experience in a similar role at a financial intermediary is an advantage
• an independent, responsible, precise and structured way of working
• analytical and interconnected thinking and a quick grasp
• a confident personality with assertiveness and the ability to communicate skillfully and appropriately to the audience
• the ability to react appropriately, professionally and solution-oriented in challenging situations
• native German speaker with good French skills or vice versa
