HR Advisor 80-90% (m/f/d)
Caritas Switzerland prevents and reduces poverty in Switzerland and worldwide. More than 750 employees are committed to a world guided by solidarity, justice, and peace. The HR Department supports the organization in Lucerne and French-speaking Switzerland from entry to exit, including development, evaluation, and remuneration. As an HR advisor for the Swiss Projects Sector, you support departments such as legal advice & representation, which are particularly committed to asylum seekers. In the HR Sector, we work according to the principle of holacracy, based on roles. As part of a multi-year project, this new form of collaboration is being introduced throughout the organization and supported by the HR sector.
Your tasks
- Advice and support for people in management roles and employees throughout the life cycle in the organization, from recruitment to departure. In addition to advisory tasks, you will also take on administrative tasks such as selecting application files, organizing and conducting job interviews, calculating salaries, or drafting work certificates and interim certificates
- Advising the line as a sparring partner for labor law, personnel, and organizational issues
- Participation in the development of HR processes and taking on thematic responsibilities for the entire HR Sector
Our requirements
- Federal diploma as an HR Specialist or equivalent training
- Several years of proven professional experience, both in HR consulting and recruitment
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with different interest groups
- Native French speaker with very good knowledge of German
- Networked thinking and action, with strategic orientation
- Enjoyment in successfully managing complex change processes
- Autonomy and good priority management
- Trustworthy, reliable, and flexible
- Having a vehicle (regular travel between different sites in French-speaking Switzerland)
The workplace is Boudry or Fribourg with regular travel between the 2 sites and the possibility of MobileOffice.
Start date: April 1, 2026, or by agreement.
