Your area of responsibility
In the central leadership role as Teamleader Business Applications Lead & Enterprise Architect, you take on the professional and personnel management of the Business Applications area and bear overall responsibility for the architecture of our application landscape. You combine strategic thinking with technical excellence and a hands-on mentality – actively shaping the company's digital transformation.
- Development and communication of the strategic roadmap for our Business Applications.
- Design and further development of the Enterprise Architecture considering scalability, security, performance, and future viability.
- Leadership of the team of Application Experts as well as responsibility for recruitment, development, and retention of team members.
- Analysis and optimization of end-to-end business processes in close exchange with all departments.
- Ensuring stable and consistent integration between D365 CE, D365 F&SCM (including HR), Product & Variant Configurator, Customer Commerce Portals, and Warehouse Management Solutions.
- Definition and monitoring of data quality standards as well as building modern data management.
- Close collaboration with management and presentation of strategic initiatives in a convincing, business-oriented manner.
- Identification, evaluation, and implementation of AI-supported solutions to increase efficiency and automation.
- Ensuring quality, compliance, and continuous improvement of the system landscape.

What you bring

Personal competencies:
- Several years of practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM & FSM) and Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management, including HR.
- Solid know-how in Enterprise Architecture, integration design, and system landscapes.
- Experience with Product & Variant Configurators, ideally in the context of discrete manufacturing.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Solutions, preferably Fehr & Lista or comparable systems.
- Practical experience in applying AI technologies in business applications.
- Deep understanding of complex business processes in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex matters understandably.
- Strategic foresight combined with a pragmatic doer attitude.
- Leadership skills focused on empowerment, innovation, and sustainable development.
- High resilience in dealing with complexity and ambiguity.
- Structured, analytical working style and strong prioritization skills.
