The EMS of Aubonne has been integrated into the EHC since 2000. The facility offers 8 single rooms as well as 6 double rooms. The establishment also houses a Treatment and Rehabilitation Center (CTR) as well as a Temporary Reception Center (CAT).

We are looking for our EMS in Aubonne a:

YOU HAVE

• A Bachelor HES in nursing or a nurse diploma recognized by CRS.
• A proximity management certificate or equivalent.
• A CAS in Psychiatry of the elderly / Psychogeriatrics, an asset.
• The Gineste-Marescotti (GM) certificate and/or Advanced Age Psychiatry Companion (FAP), an asset.
• Experience in advanced age psychiatry.
• Strong autonomy and decision-making ability.
• Proactivity, initiative spirit, and solution orientation.
• Good communication and listening skills.

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Ensure the proper functioning of a 28-bed advanced age psychiatry unit.
• Manage the operational management of the service and coordinate services related to resident support.
• Ensure managerial management of the team in place.
• Guarantee the quality of care provided according to institutional reference frameworks.
• Manage resident flow in collaboration with the responsible physician and/or the clinical expert of the Department.
• Ensure the application of business processes in compliance with our quality system.
• Organize and supervise teaching activities and staff training, students, and interns.
• Ensure quality relationships with residents and their caregivers.
