Kiabi is establishing itself in French-speaking Switzerland in Fribourg: we are looking for our future 100% Store Manager.

Job Description

In a context of country openings, your missions will be as follows:

• An inspiring leader and talent developer: you grow your team in a positive and caring atmosphere. You encourage autonomy, responsibility, and practice feedback. Present on the ground, you support change with adaptability and create a talent pool while ensuring a healthy and stimulating work environment.
• A passionate and strategic retailer: you deploy Kiabi's omnichannel strategy and develop your catchment area as a true local retailer. You live the customer culture, turning every Kiaber into an ambassador. You promote our products (first and second hand) and support the diversification of the offer to meet our customers' expectations.
• A performance driver and skilled manager: you define a clear and ambitious vision for your store. You identify growth levers, optimize profitability, and manage economic indicators. You handle budgets, ensure compliance with standards and the safety of goods and people, for a serene and efficient environment.

Qualifications

What we look for in you:

• Entrepreneurial spirit, strong sense of commerce and customer service.
• A unifying leader, capable of showing managerial courage with kindness.
• Rigor and organization, combined with mastery of performance indicators.
• Motivated and committed, with the desire to make a difference.
• Proven experience in management in specialized distribution, retail, or ready-to-wear, as a Store Manager.
• A good knowledge of the Swiss labor market and its specificities, as well as proficiency in several languages, are major assets to succeed in this role.
