In this position, you are part of the Business Data Owner team and ensure the quality, completeness, and reliability of the technical system data of our national key accounts. You work at the interface between business, IT, and operations and are responsible for the data structures, evaluations, and quality mechanisms in the CAFM system. We are looking for a highly analytical personality with strong Excel skills, a high quality standard, and enthusiasm for structured data work.
Your main tasks:
- Professional responsibility for the quality, completeness, and consistency of technical system data in the CAFM system
- Execution and control of mass mutations and data cleansing in collaboration with IT and specialist departments
- Definition and monitoring of data quality standards, validation rules, and control mechanisms
- Creation and further development of Excel-based reports, KPI analyses, and plausibility checks
- Documentation of data structures, processes, and governance guidelines
- Further development and automation of data checks, reports, and quality processes in the CAFM environment
Your profile:
- Very high Excel skills and pronounced analytical abilities in handling structured data
- Solid understanding of data logic and data quality management
- Very high diligence and quality orientation as well as structured, independent, and reliable working style
- High sense of responsibility, resilience, and perseverance
- Experience in data management, ideally in a technical or infrastructural environment, technical basic understanding is an advantage
- Business fluent German skills in spoken and written form, French is an advantage
