What you will do here
- Collaborate in the organization and communication around the APN Symposium (year-round) and other events (e.g. Summer School)
- Take on marketing and communication tasks (conferences, brochures, web media, information events, info emails, abstract book, etc.)
- Take on administrative tasks within the team, such as scheduling (e.g. team meetings), writing minutes, and managing ILV
- Support lecturers and scientific staff in preparing and conducting courses and exams
- Design and conduct surveys
- Contact person and coordinator for international matters in the MSc Nursing program
What you ideally bring with you
- Completed bachelor's degree, ideally in nursing or a related field, as well as motivation to obtain a Master of Science degree
- Interest in the nursing profession
- Experience and enjoyment in using digital tools (e.g. MS Teams, MS Excel, OneNote, and the Moodle learning platform)
- Affinity and curiosity for scientific questions and thinking as well as communicative flair
- High self-responsibility and enjoyment of working in a motivated team
