Do you combine business informatics with marketing and want to actively shape the digital future of marketing? In the MarTech Lab and the Digital Marketing & Marketing Technology unit, you drive innovative developments at the interface of data, technology, and marketing.

- You lead and work on projects with companies at the interface of marketing and IT
- You support the establishment and further development of the ZHAW MarTech Lab and actively bring new technological trends into continuing education, teaching, and research projects
- You are familiar with the topic of "data quality management" and can ensure that data for analyses, automations, and personalizations are valid, consistent, and usable
- You actively participate in the development of technology-oriented continuing education offerings (CAS, specialized courses, workshops) on topics such as marketing automation, AI in marketing, data governance, or data quality
- You teach in continuing education as well as in teaching and supervise student work
- You have a completed master's degree in business informatics, data & information management, business analytics, or a related field; alternatively, you have a degree in marketing with a strong technological and data-related focus
- You have practical experience handling marketing data, tracking/analytics, CDP/CRM systems, or marketing automation tools
- You possess a strong understanding of data processes and ideally knowledge in data quality management (e.g., data validation, data cleansing, data governance)
- You are passionate about preparing complex technical issues understandably and translating them into effective marketing applications
- Experience with AI tools, APIs, scripts/automations, or programming languages such as SQL or Python is an advantage
