The Literargymnasium Rämibühl is a Zurich long secondary school with a classical and modern language profile as well as an educational pathway leading to a double qualification: bilingual Matura (German/English) and International Baccalaureate (IB). The gymnasium is a workplace and learning environment for around 770 students and 130 teachers and staff. The traditional gymnasium, founded in 1833, is characterized by its proximity to the University and ETH Zurich, its manageability, and a well-developed range of elective subjects.
Your tasks For the school year 2026/27, we would like to recruit a secondary school teacher mbA for music (16/25 lessons, 64%) for a long-term position at the Literargymnasium Rämibühl.

Your profile
For the position as a secondary school teacher mbA in music, you have a Master of Arts in Music Education, specialization in School Music II, or a teaching diploma for Matura schools in the subject of music. Furthermore, you bring sufficient teaching experience at the gymnasium level and the willingness to engage in special tasks for the school community.
The position also includes co-leading our orchestra, so you must have a CAS in Orchestra Conducting from ZHdK or an equivalent qualification.
