Department:DSDCEntity:Cantonal Population Service (SCPO) – Civil Status Surveillance and Resident Control SectorActivities:As part of your activities, you assume the legal tasks belonging to the data controller of the canton’s personal data database. You coordinate federal and cantonal IT projects related to this register and the IT application for managing resident controls in municipalities. You also support the sector head with legal questions and legislative work covering all areas of the sector’s competence.Desired profile:Holder of a master’s degree in law or an equivalent qualification, you have several years of professional experience relevant to the position and are capable of managing cross-functional projects involving various stakeholders. You have a strong interest in administrative law, data protection, and IT issues. Equipped with proven writing and organizational skills, you also demonstrate excellent analytical abilities. You enjoy working with multidisciplinary teams and have a strong sense of responsibility.
