We enable the residents of Adliswil, Thalwil, Kilchberg, Rüschlikon, and Langnau am Albis to live a self-determined life in their familiar environment. SRK Nursing Assistants
Your tasks
- Basic care and support as well as health promotion in simple customer situations in a stable environment
- Perform interventions according to the care plan
- Manage the household for clients according to the care plan
- Recognize emergency situations and act appropriately
- Document measures, observations, special features, and changes
- Inform the day responsibility, team management, and case management about changes
- Implement internal measures regarding occupational safety, health protection, accident prevention, and environmental protection
Requirements profile
- Completion of SRK Nursing Assistant course
- Physical and mental resilience
- Ability to work interdisciplinarily
- Good German skills and communication ability
- Customer-friendly manners
- Organizational skills
- High social competence
- IT user skills
- Independent, precise, and cost-conscious working style
