Logistician at 100%
Your mission
- Process daily orders: receive, prepare and store orders in the different care units according to the daily planning.
- Receive goods, unpack them, update stock, maintain and check handling equipment daily.
- Carry out regular inventories and keep all consumable and medical device stocks up to date.
- Supervise and train logistician apprentices.
- Replenish stocks and place orders with suppliers.
- Maintain trusting relationships with internal and external hospital contacts and partners.
- Participate in the development of work procedures related to your field of activity.
- Seek improvement and innovation in practices.
- Perform transports for the institution.
Your assets
You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in logistics. You have a valid driving license. You are recognized as a trainer and hold the certificate for company trainers. You have proven experience in logistics, ideally in a hospital environment. You master French perfectly, both spoken and written; knowledge of English and/or German is an additional asset, and you are comfortable using common IT tools (MS Office) as well as stock management software (ERP), ideally Opale. Equipped with a keen sense of rigor, precision, and attention to detail, you demonstrate availability.
