What you will do here
- Administratively process illnesses and accidents, including recording in the systems (SAP and UKA)
- Calculate and record vacation and salary reductions in the system
- Record and confirm paid and unpaid leaves as well as research and educational leaves
- Ensure the independent processing of daily allowances in case of accident and illness
- Check EO reimbursements for absences due to military, civil service, civil protection, J+S as well as maternity, paternity and parental leave for the other parent
What you ideally bring with you
- Commercial or comparable training with further education as an HR assistant or personnel clerk
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable function or in the HR field
- Communicative personality with strong planning and organizational skills
- Careful, independent and reliable way of working
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form; French and English skills are an advantage
