Tasks

«Zäme witercho» - At Zentrum Schlossmatt, around 300 employees from various fields work daily for the well-being of 186 residents. Our care center specializes in the complex care of people with multiple disabilities, dementia care, as well as short stays for transitional or rehabilitation care. In addition to our diverse therapy offerings, our roof also houses a day center, a daycare, and a restaurant for intergenerational encounters.Your tasks
- Perform all tasks in the dishwashing kitchen including casserole station
- Operate dishwashing machines and perform related tasks
- Assist with preparation work and prepare the daily mise-en-place as instructed
- Assist with the band service
- Responsible for cleanliness of assigned areas, equipment and machines, installations, and food preparation
- Take co-responsibility for implementing hygiene guidelines
Your experience / strengths
- Experience in the kitchen
- Strong and good physical condition as well as hygiene awareness
- Motivation, enjoyment of teamwork
- Very good German skills (at least level B1 certified)
- Goal-oriented and independent work according to instructions
