Vivale Kirchdorf is a family-oriented and modern senior center near Baden AG. With our three
areas of senior living, assisted living, and nursing care, we offer a warm home to 47 seniors. In addition to the nursing home and 42 apartments, we also operate public restaurants at two locations.
The house is part of Reliva AG based in Zurich, which operates four senior centers and a patient hotel with around 400 employees. Since December 2023, Reliva AG has been a member of the Tertianum Group

Your tasks
Support and accompany residents in shaping their daily lives
Independent execution of group and individual activities
Assistance in planning the activation program including events
Interdisciplinary collaboration with the nursing department and other services
Responsible and professional management of electronic documentation
Your profile and qualifications
Training as an Activation and Daily Life Design Specialist
Competent, caring interaction with people of all target groups
Independent, creative, and responsible working style
Quality awareness and service orientation
High social competence, teamwork, openness, and resilience
Enjoyment of cooperation, collaboration, and further development in the specialist field
Professional experience in activation and nursing is an advantage
IT skills
