To complete and strengthen the Acute Medicine and Pediatrics department, the nursing management of HFR is looking for a:

Specialized Clinical Nurse

50 to 100%

Your mission:

• Clinical referent, supporting the proximity management teams in analyzing complex clinical situations and leading quality and safety improvement actions in care.
• Clinical project management
• Coaching and clinical training on site
• Nursing clinical research in their area of activity
• Develop, support, and accompany clinical practices based on evidence (EBP/EBN) and engage in intra- and extra-mural research
• Analyze professional practices and manage the continuous improvement of the department's care services
• Participate in the design and documentation of processes and work instructions
• Support clinical nurses in analyzing professional practices, risk management, and continuous improvement of care quality and safety
• Support Department Head Nurses in carrying out development projects
• Participate in the development of nursing clinical research and promote the transfer of results into practice
• Promote interprofessional collaboration, with a patient- and family-centered approach

Your profile:

• Bachelor of Science HES-SO in nursing or an equivalent title recognized by the Swiss Red Cross
• EPD ES expert title in one of the specialties (Intensive Care/Anesthesia/Emergency/Pediatrics)
• Proven experience within a specialized service included in the Department (minimum 5 years)
• Master of Science in nursing sciences (MScSI)
• Proven skills in advanced clinical expertise, project management, and clinical leadership
• Proficiency in common IT tools and methodologies related to EBP/EBN
• Interest in working in an interdisciplinary team, demonstrating autonomy, rigor, and a sense of responsibility
• Fluency in French or German with good knowledge of the other language
