Job Description
- Independent management of a station (depending on experience)
- Preparation of à-la-carte dishes as well as banquet and event menus
- Assistance with menu design and mise en place
- Compliance with hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)
- Support of the kitchen team in daily operations
Requirements
- Completed training as a cook EFZ or equivalent
- Work experience as a cook / chef de partie is an advantage
- Clean, structured and reliable working method
- Team player, resilient and passionate about the profession
- Good knowledge of German
