Group: Preschoolers

Your mission:

• Design, plan, and lead educational activities adapted to the needs and ages of the children.

• Ensure a safe, stimulating, and caring environment.

• Observe, analyze, and document the development of the children.

• Implement individualized support strategies in case of specific needs.

• Establish a relationship of trust and collaboration with parents, supporting them in their educational role.

• Actively collaborate with management and the multidisciplinary team

• Manage and organize educational materials and spaces.

• Respect safety, hygiene, and health standards

Your profile:

• Certified Early Childhood Educator ES or HES or equivalent recognized by the competent authority

• Ideally bilingual French-English

• Initiative and exemplary behavior

• Work ethic and sense of responsibility

• Listening skills, communication ease, and team spirit

• Versatility, flexibility, and enthusiasm
