Sanitary Site Manager (M/F)
To strengthen our teams in Plan-les-Ouates, we are looking immediately or by agreement for a 100% Sanitary Site Manager. In this role, you will perform the following tasks:
Your tasks
- Coordination and planning of interventions with other trades
- Meetings with clients, architects, and sanitary project managers and, if necessary, participation in meetings
- Preparation and execution of assignments
- Organization of tools and assembly auxiliaries
- Preparation of reports: site diary, management reports, entry of additional requests, weekly reports, notifications of deviations
- Control of assembly documents and possible additions in collaboration with the specialized supervisor
- Monitoring deadlines/organization of construction sites
- Compliance with mandatory directives issued by professional associations and authorities
- Compliance with safety regulations and internal directives
- Monitoring and professional training of apprentices
- Site tidying, including proper waste disposal
- Timely request for help/support from the supervisor in case of problems
Your profile
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a sanitary installer or recognized diploma in the sanitary field
- Several years of experience as a site manager in the sanitary field
- Native French speaker; knowledge of other languages is an asset
- Ability to motivate, service orientation, and organizational skills
