Building Maintenance Technician (a)At ISS, we all call ourselves "Placemakers." As part of a new assignment in Sion, we are looking for a Technical Concierge / Building Maintenance Technician:
Your tasks:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance services on technical installations
- Ensure maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustment of technical installations
- Manage maintenance and upkeep activities
- Handle various requests and minor repairs.
- Process daily work reports, delivery notes, and purchase orders
- Supervise and monitor the execution of work by contracted companies
- Propose and implement appropriate modifications and improvements for different sectors
- Administrative tasks (CMMS, dispatching, etc...)
- Manage small repair projects
- Ensure on-call service (1 week / 5)
Your profile:
- Diploma as a ES technician, CFC or certificate in building technology or maintenance, electricity or energy, or an equivalent diploma
- Several years of proven experience in a similar position in the service sector, facility management, or technical field
- Driver's license
- French language (B2/C1)
- Very good command of common computer tools (MS Office)
- Strong customer orientation, team spirit, and flexibility
