Our Business Delivery team is responsible for the implementation and operation of customer solutions. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated person as a Requirements Engineer and Project Manager:
As a Requirements Engineer and Project Manager, you will take on a central role in the implementation of demanding web portals and applications. You analyze and formulate requirements, translate business needs into technical concepts, and work closely with our developers and customer teams. You will independently manage projects from conception to go-live, ensuring a structured implementation within time, budget, and quality.
You bring technical understanding, think systematically, and enjoy creating solutions with added value. In customer workshops, you confidently navigate complex topics and help create clarity. Together with the team, you drive our projects forward: hands-on, goal-oriented, and with a high standard of quality.
This is your task:
- You analyze the requirements of our customers, conduct workshops, and develop viable concepts for modern web applications and portals
- You actively contribute your technical understanding to the solution finding and work closely with the development team on high-quality implementations
- You manage projects from initiation to completion, including planning, control, communication, and monitoring
- You guide our customers and development teams professionally and methodically through the project
- You enjoy working agile and see advantages in Scrum
- You appreciate the diversity of customers and industries and see it as an exciting challenge to implement new projects in new environments.
What you should bring
- Proven experience in conception & requirements engineering
- Completed studies in business administration, business informatics, or computer science, software development background is an advantage
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Experience with custom software projects
- Experience in agile development methods (Scrum)
- Practical experience in techniques and methods for gathering, documenting, and modeling requirements
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, English and French language skills are an advantage
