Job Description
We are looking for a committed and reliable HR Generalist who enjoys administrative tasks, values structured processes, and truly thrives in a stable, operational role. In this position, you will play a key role in keeping our Corporate HR function running smoothly by ensuring precise HR processes and working closely with our HR Manager (operational lead) and our HR Business Partner (strategic lead).
Your main workplace is in Widen, complemented by one day per week in our office in Zurich-Altstetten.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure daily HR administration
- Maintain employee data and ensure data quality in SAP and SAP SuccessFactors
- Support HR processes such as onboarding, contract management, changes, and offboarding
- Prepare HR documents, letters, and reports
- Coordinate payroll inputs and timely data submission
- Support performance management and annual HR cycles (e.g., salary rounds, talent processes)
- Handle employee inquiries and provide service-oriented support
- Contribute to HR compliance, audits, and documentation
- Work closely with the HR Manager and HR Business Partner to ensure operational excellence
Qualifications
- Completed HR training or demonstrable relevant professional experience
- Several years of experience in HR administration
- Solid knowledge of Swiss labor law and local HR processes
- Experience with SAP is mandatory, ideally also SAP SuccessFactors
- Fluent German and English
- Strong affinity for administrative tasks and process-oriented work
- High accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail
- Proactive, structured, and service-oriented working style
Preferred
- Experience in a multinational matrix environment
- Additional foreign languages
