Insurance Broker Internal Sales Representative

You support and relieve our account managers in comprehensive customer care and acquisition.
Your tasks
- You support the account managers.
- You jointly care for our demanding corporate clients in the areas of property, asset, and personal insurance with the experienced account managers.
- You independently clarify complex questions with the responsible insurance companies.
- You create submissions and offer comparisons for our corporate clients.
- You process daily correspondence, create client presentations, and are jointly responsible for policy management.
- Additionally, you handle the telephone and written inquiries of our clients.
Your personality
- You have a commercial basic education in the insurance sector and have obtained the professional certificate or are in training for it.
- You are willing to delve into other insurance sectors.
- You appreciate independent work within a team and work reliably and accurately - even in hectic times.
- You maintain a socially competent interaction within the team, with the account managers, our clients, and our suppliers.
- You have excellent German language skills, both spoken and written.
- You are a team player, work independently, and act solution- and goal-oriented.
- Good MS Office skills are required.
