• Professional and passionate customer advice and customer retention
• Revenue-oriented implementation of operational processes on the sales floor and in the warehouse
• Presentation of products and sales areas with a good eye for offers, sales, and the shopping experience of customers
• Solution-oriented application of strategies and best practices in customer service together with the team   

Qualifications

• Authentic and open personality with a strong team spirit and time flexibility
• Result-oriented advisor with high service excellence and quality aiming for customer satisfaction as well as excellent communication skills (German: very good; French: good)
• Affinity for the beauty world, cosmetics industry, or lifestyle sector with initial experience as a customer service representative (m/f/d), sales advisor (m/f/d), or in a comparable position in a service-oriented industry (e.g., retail, gastronomy, hospitality, tourism)
