Head of Nursing and Care 80-100%

Your area of responsibility

• You bear overall responsibility for all processes from admission to discharge of the residents and ensure needs-oriented, professional, and service-oriented nursing and care quality.
• You lead the nursing, care, and activation area operationally, personnel-wise, and professionally and ensure clear organization as well as smooth processes.
• You recruit, lead, and promote the employees and continuously develop your team in line with the company goals.
• In close cooperation with the managing director, you ensure quality development and economic efficiency – while adhering to personnel and financial framework conditions.

You bring with you

• You have completed training as a nursing specialist at the tertiary level and ideally have further training in leadership or organization. Initial leadership experience is an advantage – but more important to us is your willingness to take responsibility and competently support people.
• You are characterized by high professional and social competence and think entrepreneurially, independently, and networked. This way, you lead your team safely and with foresight through everyday life.
• You communicate clearly, appreciatively, and on equal footing – even when it gets challenging – and thanks to your resilience, you always keep an overview.
• You enjoy contact with people and meet them with respect, empathy, and genuine interest in their life story.
