The company PQM Consulting AG based in Pfäffikon SZ is a renowned IT company specializing in quality assurance and quality management. The company offers its customers professional support in optimizing their quality requirements and divides its core competencies into four main components: project/risk management, quality management, requirements management, and process management.For an external customer project in the greater Zurich area, we are looking for an experienced, competent individual for the position of ICT Security Specialist at the professional level (from 3-5 years) starting from 04.05.2026
Main tasks:
- Analyze incidents, contact point for inquiries, implement and manage DLP policies,
- solid experience in operational DLP operations (Data Leakage Prevention)
Tasks & Requirements (content, methodology, technology):
- Extensive professional experience in the IT environment operating security-critical
applications with a focus on Data Leakage Prevention. - Extensive experience with M365 services, especially in the areas of Exchange Online,
SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams. - Knowledge of data security standards
(especially NIST). - Responsibility and conscientiousness, solution-oriented and completes tasks
- German: C2 – Near-native proficiency
- English: B1 – Intermediate – Preliminary (PET)
