We are looking for a curious and driven Named Account Manager to join our Enterprise Sales team. In this role, you will manage and grow a set of strategic accounts within the Swiss insurance industry, selling our full portfolio of innovative solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work with both established and new ("greenfield") accounts, driving significant business impact.

What You'll Do

Strategize and Grow: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to maximize revenue potential within our top enterprise insurance accounts.

Lead Complex Sales: Take charge of the entire sales cycle, delivering compelling pitches and demonstrations to C-level and line-of-business (LOB) executives to showcase the value of our solutions.

Drive Success: Evangelize the Salesforce vision through product demos, industry events, and tailored initiatives, all while consistently forecasting sales activity and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Who You Are

Experienced Professional: You have several years of experience in software solutions selling.

Industry Expert: If you don't have tech sales experience, you have strong experience in a complex, transformational role within the insurance industry, particularly focused on digital transformation or leading large projects as a consultant.

Connected: You possess in-depth knowledge and a robust network within the Swiss insurance sector.

German and English proficiency in both writing and speaking.
