For the establishment of our new Business Service department, we are looking for an accounting clerk. In this role, you are responsible for various accounting tasks. A small team and a wide range of duties await you. You will report directly to the Business Service management and work closely with various departments.

What you can accomplish

Financial accounting

Accounts receivable with dunning

Accounts payable with payment runs

Cash handling

Assistance in preparing the annual financial statements

Assistance in training commercial apprentices

Administrative tasks

Support for Business Service management

Possibly deputizing for payroll accounting

What you bring

Commercial training with further education as an accounting clerk

Professional experience in a similar position is an advantage

Independent and precise working style

Good knowledge of common MS Office programs

Experience with Infoniqa is an advantage
