It is complemented by two Geriatrics and Rehabilitation Clinics as well as two medical on-call services. The Medical Oncology and Hematology Service is looking for its Integrative Medicine Unit
MEDICAL ASSISTANT AT 60%
This key position is part of the development of the integrative medicine unit, attached to the oncology and medical hematology service of the HRC, and involves numerous interactions with the medical and nursing teams and partner services.
The main duties of this position are

Perform photobiomodulation (light therapy) sessions with patients of the integrative medicine unit, according to medical prescription

Assist the physician (if necessary) during consultations and therapies offered within the IMU
-
Ensure patient reception and smooth organization of consultation flow

Manage the medical secretariat of the unit: phone, appointment scheduling and coordination, agenda management
-
Write, format, and send medical reports and letters

Handle the reception, sorting, and sending of mail

Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary IMU team and partner services

Participate in the smooth operation and administrative organization of the unit
We require

A Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as medical assistant or equivalent qualification
-
Confirmed professional experience in a hospital setting, medical practice, or group practice
-
Ability to work independently, with a sense of responsibility and organization
-
Excellent time and priority management, reliability, and initiative
-
Good interpersonal skills and ease working in a multidisciplinary team
-
Strong computer skills and ease with administrative and medical tools
-
A proactive, resourceful person on whom the physician can fully rely

Interest in integrative medicine approaches and holistic patient care
