Your tasks include
- Professional preparation of dietary, healthy, and culinary dishes for our patients as well as for our guests in the staff restaurant and cafeteria, in cooperation with the kitchen team
- Participation in the planning and execution of internal and external events
- Assistance in managing the menu selection system Sanalogic (data entry and maintenance)
- Assistance with demand-based food ordering and goods receipt inspection
- Compliance with specified quality assurance and hygiene guidelines
You bring with you
- Completed training as a cook with additional training as a diet cook and several years of professional experience, preferably in hospital or nursing home kitchens
- Experience in gastronomy as well as in community catering
- Experience with data maintenance in a menu ordering system
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Exceptionally high quality and hygiene awareness
- Goal-oriented, independent, and precise working style as well as joy in cooking
- Motivated, team-oriented, and friendly personality with a high sense of responsibility
- Strong service orientation
- Willingness to work weekend shifts
