Your area of responsibility
- You support and relieve the Director Sales B2B with his B2B leadership team in administrative and organizational matters.
- You are responsible for creating, preparing, and finalizing presentation materials and performing evaluations and analyses.
- You actively shape processes and workflows and ensure smooth communication with internal and external partners.
- You support projects administratively and organizationally and take on cross-departmental coordination tasks.
- You take on tasks in strategy and financial management – in budget processes, allocations, and strategic planning, and independently coordinate the shop-in-shop process.
- You organize appointments, meetings, and travel – including preparation and follow-up, minute-taking, as well as checking invoices and expenses.
What is important to us
- You have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification and ideally further training as an executive assistant with a federal certificate.
- You bring several years of experience in a comparable hub function.
- You are characterized by your independent and proactive way of working.
- You are a team player and confident personality with empathy and high social competence.
- Your flexibility and organizational talent help you stay calm even in hectic situations.
- You have excellent communication skills in German and English.
- You are proficient in common Microsoft applications (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams).
