In the Personnel Deployment Planning department, we actively contribute to ensuring that our resources are used efficiently and effectively by optimally coordinating shift schedules and deployments. Deployment Planner (limited to 2 years) 100%

Tasks

• Professional responsibility for operational personnel deployment planning (work and shift deployments, extraordinary deployments, vacation planning, training, etc.) according to legal requirements
• Contact person for employees and managers on legal questions regarding deployment planning
• Recording all time- and salary-relevant data
• Recognizing and anticipating company-wide contexts and challenges
• Participation in project and working groups in the area of personnel deployment planning
• Continuous optimization of operational processes and resource planning

Profile

• Commercial or technical basic education (EFZ)
• At least three years of professional experience in a comparable function
• Sound knowledge of labor law
• Very good Excel skills and a strong affinity for numbers
• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
• Team-oriented, communicative, and as service-oriented as assertive personality
• Independent, precise, and structured working style as well as high IT affinity
• Impeccable reputation
