Responsible for Facility Maintenance & Safety 100%
starting June 1, 2026 or by arrangement.Your Tasks
- Maintenance of all technical, electrical, and sanitary systems
- Maintenance of machinery and cleaning equipment
- Management and maintenance of care aids
- Accompanying and supervising third-party company deployments
- Troubleshooting, especially heating, ventilation, and electrical installations
- General maintenance and repair work on the facility
- Material orders in consultation with the department management
- Receiving deliveries and incoming inspection of non-food materials including proper storage
- Coordination and execution of resident requests
- Setting up rooms for events and ensuring the required technology
- Proper and environmentally friendly disposal of materials generated
- Monthly readings of technical data
- Plant care in the house, terrace, and roof terrace
- Accompanying and supervising trainees
- Additional responsibility as Safety Officer (occupational safety and health protection)
What You Bring
- Completed basic training as a Facility Maintenance Specialist EFZ or higher
- Further training as a vocational trainer and/or Safety Officer is an advantage
- You are willing to perform on-call duties and occasional weekend/public holiday shifts (rarely).
- You like to take responsibility in your area, think process-oriented, and enjoy working independently.
- You bring discretion and a good sense for elderly people
- You see yourself as a team player and your work as a service
