Your responsibilities
- Extend the technological base to grow our position on quantum computing control electronics.
- Strengthen our technology roadmap for scaling quantum computing, with a focus on 10x improvements over current state of the art products.
- Contribute to collaborations with technology partners.
- Evaluate technologies in theory and simulation as well as by executing practical validations of prototypes.
- Seamlessly collaborate with all internal stakeholders such as application scientists, key account management, product management, R&D and operations.
Your profile
- PhD in EE or Physics or equivalent background and experience
- Strong experience in quantum computing control electronics
- Wide understanding of the relevant technological trends
- Good communicator, eager to learn and to share knowledge
- Ability to efficiently go “beyond the surface” of technologies and to discriminate according to relevance
- Experience with simulation and modelling, ideally including quantum simulations with QuTiP or similar.
